HOLY COW! Visited “Paulie T-shirts” at South Brooklyn Weightlifting Club and what an amazing place! His wife is incredible, and Paulie was a great coach. At the end of it all, we left with a better understanding of how to train the lifts, 16 inches in risers, and a new sense of purpose when training the lifts. What a blast! Thanks Paulie!
