Woke up this morning, we both felt tired, and worn out. After eating breakfast, we decided to go for it.

Warmed up by rowing 500M as we always do, and then proceeded to PR everything! (I screwed up somehow and missed the Press…she hit 120 for 5…sorry wifey).
