First day back in the garage, and beat up from two weeks of travel on the motorcycle and two weeks of two-a-day sessions with Rip!
Gillian was unable to snatch due to her thumbs. The plan: Front Squat to a single, Snatch to a single, Clean & Jerk every 90 seconds 15 times at 90%, and finish with a heavy single Front Squat. We altered the plan to working up to a single front squat followed by the Clean and Jerk session. Solid day, two PR’s.
