Strength day = fun day.

Back squat 10 reps at 155, 165, and 175 for back therapy. Easy day for Gillian.

Bench 3×5 at 175. Time to start moving the bench up again.

Tomorrow we are training with Paulie and Becca at South Brooklyn Weightlifting Club. It’s always a pleasure to see them and learn from them.
